Fierce Grace is a combination of Hatha, Power & Ashtanga yoga, Interval and Core Training and offers peak fitness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. We’re delighted to be the first to bring this type of Hot Yoga to Galway and as predicted, its a huge hit!



 

 Rocket Yoga (90 min HOT)

Rocket Yoga is a 90 minute dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga. The structure maintains that of Ashtanga Vinyasa, consisting of a warm up (Surya Namaskar A + B), after which one continues in the standing poses, seated poses, and ending with the traditional closing series.
