URBAN wellbeing is an 8000 sq/ft wellness centre located in the Tuam Rd. Retail Centre, approximately 1km from Galway city centre. Urban Wellbeing, Tuam Road, Galway, is a 5 Star, State of the Art, Health, Beauty & Fitness Centre. With 18 businesses our Luxurious Centre is welcoming, bright and spacious and decorated to the very highest possible standard throughout.

Changing rooms are 650 sq/ft and each contain 4 showers.

YOGA

There are two Yoga Studios in URBAN Wellbeing. Studio 1 is 1200sq/f and caters for the National Award winning Studio, HOT Yoga Galway (Bikram Yoga, Fierce Grace, Rocket Yoga), now established as the West of Ireland’s leading HotYoga Studio. Open 7 days a week.

Each Studio uses radiant heating panels to heat the studio, has specialised cushioned anit-slip flooring and an air ventilation system to allow fresh heated air into each studio.
